The Top 10 RevOps Influencers to Follow in 2024
Meet the men and women sharing insightful and practical content about everything you need and want to know about RevOps to grow and succeed.
2024 is going to be the year that Rev Ops steps into the limelight.
As more CEOs and revenue leaders are recognizing the value they bring, RevOps professionals can expect to play a more active role revenue strategy and growth.
With tech company valuations down dramatically, customer acquisition costs (CACs) need to be better aligned with customer lifetime value (LTV) and the current funding environment.
Changes in buying behaviors this year led to the average customer churn rate rising as high as 30% across all industries. RevOps professionals in these industries would be expected to develop and implement solutions to mitigate this by increasing customer retention.
On top of this, Gartner’s 2023 CMO Spend and Strategy Survey reports that tech investments will continue to decrease in the coming year.
As such, RevOps teams will need to get creative, and RevOps will be one of the key focus areas.
For all these reasons, we set out to find the top 10 leaders writing about the Rev Ops.
Our RevOps Influencer Ranking Methodology
Just like with the previous list, we ranked the RevOps influencers using the following metrics:
Content Score
When it comes to content, I’m sort of a snob. What I really care about, far more than the factors above, is how smart the thinking is. How valuable the content is.
Specifically: do the posts share actionable insights and examples that you I implement in my business to grow revenue?
Social Reach Score
I wanted to consider a couple different “meta” factors influencer:
Social Reach: This is based on the number of followers they currently have on LinkedIn and Twitter.
Post Frequency: How often do they post?
Post Relevancy: How much of their posts discuss topics relevant to RevOps?
Weighted Score
I gave double-weight to content score. This ensures quality trumps all else. Just how I like it.
So, without further ado, here is our list of the top 10 RevOps influencers you should follow in 2024 and beyond:
Let’s meet them one by one.
