More context:

After ~10 years helping startups in the career training space (Bloc.io, Codecademy, Dataquest, Interview Kickstart, Coding Dojo) I’m launching an online course of my own.

There are two big reasons I wanted to start this company: 

First, I really needed something like our Growth Marketing Bootcamp when I was starting out, but it didn’t exist. My day job at Microsoft didn’t give me the right hands-on experiences to apply for better roles. Also, I wasn’t great at finding great mentors.

This course does both: gives you hands-on experience using the tools real growth marketers use every day (Facebook Ads, Hubspot marketing automation, Excel SaaS growth models), and give you direct access to amazing growth leaders in an intimate setting.

Second, I realized as a hiring manager that so many of the bright young marketers I was interviewing were missing-out on opportunities because they lacked an understanding of growth. I knew in my bones that with just a little more training and coaching, these bright, hard-working folks could be landing better jobs and earning more for themselves and their families. 

That idea of helping others succeed really aligns with my values.

So, our (now) team of 4 set to work creating what we think is the single best program on growth marketing in the world. We hope you’ll challenge us to be right.
